Dive In Nature

This is a pink baby grasshopper

Atractomorpha sp. (normally green or brown),which occurs due to a condition called erythrism(congenital genetic mutation , like we have albinism) which causes lack of normal pigments and excessive production of red pigments. This color makes it more vulnerable to predators than others cuz it loses its ability to camouflage thus making it more rare! This is baby because its wings are little yet,an adult will have have long wings reaching end of abdomen and beyond.”

Necrophoresis/Carrying The Dead

An ant( Polyrhachis sp.) carrying it’s dead one through cold dew laden morning. Necrophoresis is a phenomenon observed in social insects such as ants, bees, wasps, termites etc. where they carry their dead ones away to a sort of disposal ground/graveyard, sometimes they bury their dead, sometimes in a tomb within the nest, to maintain sanitation. It really feels such a noble work for these little creatures to carry their dead ones through such cold-wet conditions!
